PINK FLOYD members appear for Syd Barrett tribute

Full gig review to follow of the Syd Barrett tribute from Mark Stay who also took these photos. Roger Waters left the stage before Dave Gilmour came onto the stage.

To quote the man himself -

'Went along to the Barbican last night to see a concert in tribute to Syd Barrett.
A great evening, if all a bit under-rehearsed and wonderfully shambolic (but that’s how Syd would have wanted it…)…
We had the likes of Chrissie Hynde, Martha Wainright, The Bees, Damon Albarn, Robyn Hitchcock, John Paul Jones and Captain Sensible (who now looks worryingly like Paul O’Grady). All wonderful artistes with wonderful interpretations of Syd’s work.
And then this lot showed up… (please see pics)
